She has seen him look at her with joy and tenderness many times, but his expression now is tenfold what it has ever been. She lies next to him on the bed, their legs tangled together, stroking each others' sides and arms and faces as she kisses him and he kisses her until they lose count, and Éowyn could not care less about the mattress.

After many blissful moments of this she suddenly laughs, pulling back a little. "Did you perhaps bring a copy of that book?"

He blinks at her, derailed.

His distraction is obvious, and she cannot say she was not warned, so she merely smiles and kisses him once more. "I am certain we will manage without," she murmurs, and leans up above him a little, her hair falling as a curtain beside their faces. A stray strand tickles at her face, and she pauses again, making a faint moue of annoyance. "I should perhaps take a moment to tie this back," she says reluctantly, not wanting to part from him even for that long.

"We will have plenty of time later."

He smiles and reaches up shyly to curl a finger in her hair.

"I like it. But perhaps... it might be easier."

She looks surprised, then pleased. "Do you? In that case..."

She moves into her back encouraging him to roll atop her. "Perhaps we should lie this way, instead..."

Or perhaps she simply does not wish to stop, in truth.

He laughs and bends to bump their noses together.

"Tis true, this does rather solve that problem." He agrees, and follows the line of her cheek down to kiss her neck.

"Though only...for the moment..." Her answer is interrupted by a few hitches of breath, every time he kisses her neck. The sweet, slower mood they had built is suddenly overwritten by a greater, growing need, and she clutches at him.

"Is not a moment all we need, for now?" He murmurs as he continues to kiss her, one hand coming up to tease her breasts as she pulls at him.

Carefully he adds another finger, stroking, looking for the rhythm that makes her moan.

There is great pleasure, always, in this, in watching her come undone around him, knowing that he is the cause, that she trusts him to bring her pleasure.

He hisses as she does.

"Eowyn!" He gasps, and kisses her. "Well, if my lady is ready for me...!"

She can feel the hunger in his kiss, and returns it eagerly. "Oh, yes," she murmurs against his mouth, shifting and pulling him so he will lie on top of her. "Yes. Now and always."

He kisses her hungrily, pressing against her.

"Tell me if I hurt you." He murmurs, reaching down between them to guide himself, moving slowly.

"I do not care if you do," she returns, kissing him just as fervently. "I want this, I want you--" She catches her breath, hisses a little at the strange feeling of him entering her--very different than his fingers. Larger, and wider, and...fuller.

But not unpleasant, and certainly not unwanted. Her breath is ragged but after only a moment's stillness to get used to the sensation, she moves against him, taking him in deeper, brows furrowed in concentration.
