Caranthir might arrive alone, but there's an arrogance to him that belies his humble approach, the classic Noldor tendency to jewels braided in his hair and gold on his wrists and around his neck, although for one of his own people, he's surprisingly understated, preferring darker colors.

Still, he hardly looks like he's traveling hard.

He IS however pulling behind him a large buck, which suggests he was hunting in the area, and is only here by happenstance.

He nods at the gate guards politely, gesturing to the buck.

"D'you mind?" He asks gruffly. "It is more than I can take back to my cousin's lands. I thought your Chief might make use of it."
