He laughs. "Then shall I be Beren, struck dumb by my Luthien's beauty?"

He's not exactly still though, still teasingly slowly lifting her shift.

She is very aware of his hands sliding up her legs, pulling the shift further up as they go. "Be my Beren," she says, leaning down. "And dance with me." She moves her hips suggestively against his as she kisses him, her tongue sliding into his mouth, a slow press of desire.

"Hm, and what sort of dance were you thinking?" He grins up at her. "A horizontal or vertical one?"

She laughs, looking down at him with mock-reproach. "As if you do not know!"

"Well, the answer might have been both!" He grins up at her, tickling along her sides.

"In which case I would need to know which you wanted to do first!"

She would protest, but his fingers tickle along her ribs, and that makes her laugh too much. Eowyn squirms, trying to get away as she giggles helplessly.

He grins at her laughter, teasingly holding her in place.

She wriggles, wrapping her arms around herself to try and protect her ribs from that light, ticklish touch, then manages to grab his hands and push them to the ground on either side of his head. It takes strength, and he could overcome her if he tried for all that she has the better leverage in her position, but she manages it. Pink-faced and breathless from laughter, she looks down at him chidingly. "That was unkind, my lord." Despite the words, she neither looks nor sounds annoyed.

He lets her push his hands back without a fight, smiling up at her own laughter.

"I suppose it was." He concedes. "Am I to be punished, my lady?"

"Oh, yes," she says, eyebrow raised. Mischief suddenly flares into her face, and she smiles. "And let it fit the crime."

Which is all the warning he has before she releases his hands and tickles him mercilessly in the ribs, under his armpits. It is even more difficult for him to escape than it was for her, with her still straddling his waist.

"Oh dear." He begins, and then he laughs helplessly, squirming under her fingers.

"Mercy, Eowyn, mercy!"

She laughs back at him, but relents after a few minutes, letting him catch his breath and looking decidedly smug.

"I yield, I yield!" He laughs breathlessly up at her. "And now you have me at your mercy, fair shieldmaiden, how shall I serve you?"

"Hmm, I must take thought to that." Her eyes twinkle. The flower crown is still on her head, but rather askew. "What skills have you to offer?"

He pretends to think,

"Well, I have many skills, this is true. Of most use to my lady, I have been told but recently that my tongue is clever, and I fancy my fingers also."

"Is that so?" She leans over and kisses him slowly, teasing. "Perhaps I should let you up, that you might show me these skills of yours."

"If released, I would make certain to please my lady properly." He agrees, kissing back.

"Very well." She relents and climbs off of him, laying herself down next to him, on her side. "Though I admit I should much prefer if you were very improper." Her eyes glint with amusement.

"Hm..." He rolls over to prop himself over her. "Exactly how improper are we talking?"

"Most improper," Eowyn breathes. Her gaze flickers from his eyes to his mouth, then back. "Surely you can...improvise..."

He grins back at her suggestion.

"I can certainly give my very best effort." He agrees, rolling to pin her and kiss her leisurely, before starting to kiss his way down.

She wraps her arms around him at once, kissing him eagerly and then tilting her head for him once he moves, humming her approval. Is it truly less than a day since they learned the whole of this dance? It seems much longer...she laughs a bit breathlessly as he finds a sensitive point, and rubs her leg against his, kisses the top of his head.

So long they have waited, it seems, that all of this is but one great and joyful dream, and Faramir sets about learning the body of his wife with his lips, taking his time to find out what sounds she makes.

The sounds she makes are numerous, varied in pitch and length, from soft gasps of delight to more drawn out moans. They all have a few things in common: all are unrestrained, all interspersed with his name or a caress to the hair, a clutch at his skin. All speak of desire.

By the time he is kissing her navel she is breathless and wanting, and lifts her head to smile at him. "How long do you intend to prolong this sweet torture, husband?" It is half a jest, for she has not forgotten that for the first time they have no time limit, no fear of discovery. If they wish to lie here and love each other for the whole of the day, they may--though she might combust first. "Would you have me beg?"

He grins at her, lifting his head from her body with a raised eyebrow.

"That depends, my wife, did you not suggest I should... improvise?"
