She makes a growl of protest, but a coherent argument is beyond her, with his mouth just there and the vibrations of his laughter making it all the more intense. Her hands clench hard onto the blanket on which they lie.

In the early days, this sort of thing was accomplished with much fumbling on everyone's parts. But Faramir has had plenty of time to learn what she likes, by now, and enjoys putting all of it to use, teeth and tongue, drawing her as high as he can before he lets the wave crest and break.

Eowyn does nothing by halves, and that is as true with this as in all other things. She gives herself wholly to the moment, her hips rolling against his tongue, making innumerable gasps and whimpers. She is not quiet during lovemaking unless there is need--and here, with no one present to hear them, she does not hold back. When the tide of rapture rolls over her she cries out, her back arching as she gasps for breath.

As she arches he anchors her, holding her hips and gentling his ministrations, lapping at her through her moment.

Eventually she shudders and stills, flushed and breathing hard. After a few minutes of that she reaches for him, to pull him up into a close embrace.

He comes willingly, curling close to kiss her softly now, the taste of her still on his lips.

"I trust my lady feels suitably ravished!"

She smiles at the taste of herself, faintly salt and something else she has no word for. "Not yet," she demures, twining herself around him. "For you have not yet taken your pleasure, and mine is not complete until you have shared it."

"Ah, how gracious is my lady indeed." He smiles and presses against her, so she can feel how ready he is, for he enjoys bringing her pleasure as much as anything else.

"Perhaps then I suppose we should not waste time?" He rolls them again, so that he is above her and can devote some time to kissing her thoroughly.

"No more than is my lord." She lifts her hips up against his, pressing against him suggestively, and reaches for the waistband of his trousers. "And you have ravished me well with your mouth, indeed, but I would have more of you. I would have all of you."

His laugh has gone breathless again.

"Well, with an invitation like that, how could I refuse?" He murmurs, voice rough with desire as he helps her with his pants.

"My Eowyn."

They use their feet to push the rest of his clothes off, in the end. Anything else would mean separating, and neither is willing. She kisses him fervently, hiking up her knees so she is ready and open for him.

"Ah Eowyn." He leans over her to kiss her, groaning softly as he enters her, still careful to make sure he doesn't go too fast.

She takes him in smoothly, with a pleased gasp, prepared by their morning's activity and by his own recent ministrations. "Oh, love," she murmurs, wrapping her arms around him and kissing him again, her body moving under his.

He has to stop and breathe for a moment, thoroughly caught up in her, and he meets her kisses eagerly, as they fall into their familiar rhythm together.

"Love you." He murmurs, as his movements grow erratic.

"I love you." She lifts her legs further up and wraps them around his waist, so she can take him in deeper, welcoming every thrust. "Oh, my Faramir, I love you."

He groans as she does, eyes fluttering.

"Eowyn." He says breathlessly, and has no breath for anything other than her name.

"Eowyn, oh, Eowyn, Eowyn!"

"For me." She almost croons the words, clinging to him as they move against each other, flushed and urgent as pressure builds. "Come for me, love, come with me..."

"Eowyn!" He cries her name as he shudders, tumbling over the edge.

She holds him close as he shakes in her arms, pulsing inside her, and when he subsides she pulls him down to rest on her shoulder, stroking his hair and back and kissing his forehead.

He's breathless and gasping, nuzzling against her.

"I never knew that such happiness as this existed before I was wed to thee."

"No more did I." She kisses his head again, still caressing him with gentle hands and sighing in quiet contentment. "But with you all things are possible, min heorte."

He sags against her, warm and sated, content, before he chuckles.

"I just realised, we are going to have to take full advantage of times like these, for I suspect when the babe is born we will be rather otherwise occupied!"

She too chuckles. "That, I think, is an understatement. We have made good use of today, I would say." Just a faint innuendo in the word, and she shifts under him in a way that brings to mind the activities they have just finished, smirking. "Are you wishful of more such days over the next few months, if we can be spared from our duties?"

He smacks her hip playfully.

"Stop that! You might be insatiable, my wife, but I need a bit more rest, as yet!"

He kisses her softly. "I would certainty not be adverse! I suppose we shall have to see what duties we can rearrange, for we might as well being thinking about that now."

She yelps at the thwack, then laughs, embracing him once more. "I but tease you, my dearest lord. In truth I too am spent, at least for now." She returns the kiss, still smiling. "Though I would enjoy more time with you, if we can find it. Before the child is born and all things change. Though we need not think of how to make it so right this instant!"

While tangled and joined on the forest floor; not the best time and place to reorder their lives.
