"Never." Her breath catches as he toys with her, and she kisses him with greater urgency, her hands clutching at his back. "But you will need to move, if we are to remove my dress. Or did you wish me to keep it on while I am ravished?"

From the sound of it she is willing enough either way.

"It is a very pretty dress." He agrees, nibbling at her neck.

"I rather like how it flatters you. It would rather be a shame if it got damaged..." He teases, hands now playing with her laces.

"Mm." She hums her approval of his actions, tilting her head so he can reach some of the more sensitive areas of her neck. "Although...you do not have to remove it...skirts have an advantage in that respect."

"Also true." He agrees, and having devoted plenty of time to one side, obligingly switches to the other.

"But you do rather have a lot of skirt, on this dress." If only because he likes watching the cloth swirl teasingly around her ankles, and she knows it.

"I could not ride in it otherwise!" She laughs, though it's interrupted by a gasp as he explores the other side of her neck, near the shoulder. It is one of her favorites, as the wide skirts make it excellent both for riding and for enticing her husband. "But if you do wish me to remove it, you will have to let me up." She cards her fingers through his hair as he drops sweet, teasing kisses on her skin. "Sooner or later."

"Also very true." He agrees with a soft laugh, nibbling on an ear.

"Alas for the need to divest ourselves of clothes!" He could keep going, of course, but it really IS one of his favourite skirts on her, and to tear things simply for passion is wasteful. So he sighs mock begrudgingly and sits up, helping her up himself.

"Although it does allow me the privilege of seeing what is denied to others!"

He could work around the skirts, hike them up around her waist, and there is a thrill to that. But that would deny him full access to her chest, which would be a pity. And they are quite full skirts.

So she lets him help her up, smiling as he reaches for her laces, helping him to undo them. "It does." She leans forward to kiss him, which hinders the unlacing process somewhat. She chuckles against his mouth, remembering. "So do you mean to wed me, Man of Gondor, as the First Elves did, under the sky in Eru's name?"

"Eowyn!" He mock grumbles as she kisses him. "If you keep distracting me I will never get these laces undone." He hums, pleased, as he manages.

That makes him laugh, kissing her soundly.

"If it pleases my lady, I do." He smiles at her, eyes bright in memory. "Although I believe you had the better of me, that time!"

Entirely unrepentant, she continues to kiss him, laughter vibrating through her as she does, as she tries to tug his shirt over his arms. A task made difficult by his determination to not be distracted from undoing her laces.

Her smile back at him is just as bright and fond, for it is a memory they both cherish. "Only at first, beloved. You soon had your revenge, as I recall!"

They are both trying to undress the other at once, which really does make for hilarious giggling and tugging as they try and distract each other. Once he's gotten at least one of her laces untied, he's more keen on allowing her to get at his shirt in turn, although he's kissing her and trying to distract her the whole time.

"I did my best, indeed!"

He distracts her most successfully with hands and mouth, and above all with laughter. Their lives are joyous these days, but still they have not many chances for play such as this, save for when they are alone with each other. It is not merely the act to come nor the deep love underwriting it which fills her with delight, but the sheer ridiculousness of it all. Eowyn is not a ridiculous woman, and would not have known how to appreciate it before. Many and varied are the gifts her husband has given her, in their marriage, and this not the least of them.

"You always do," she agrees affectionately, pausing in her efforts for a moment as his mouth lands somewhere near her ear. She does finally succeed in getting his shirt off, at least, and then it's a matter of both of them attempting to pull the voluminous dress over her head. Likely it would be easier if only one of them made the attempt--but it would also be less fun.

She is breathless with laughing by the time they manage it, clad now only in her shift and stockings. She smiles broadly at her husband, getting to her knees and climbing to settle herself in his lap, caressing his face and neck. "So I trust you will also do your best now, my lord."

Faramir has lived a life sworn to blade and bow, but if pressed, he might have admitted that he dreamed of days like this, with the woman he loves laughing in his arms, and the world at rights around them. Here, with Eowyn, he has everything he ever truly wanted.

He laughs softly as she finally settles in his lap, looking up at her as his hands come to rest on her hips, smiling up at her.

"High standards who hold me to! Far be it from me to prove a disapointment, on this occasion either!" He grins and cannot resist the teasing tickle up her sides, even as he presses kisses to her breasts, so kindly brought within easy reach now.

"You are never a disappointment to me, my heart." Her hand moves to tangle in his hair, and her eyes are filled with deep affection as she watches him. She squirms away from those tickling, teasing fingers, chuckling, then shivers as he kisses her chest. "On the contrary, you are all my delight and all I desire. Now and always."

"As thou art mine." He smiles up at her, the teasing fingers now smoothing across her sides as he drops his head to take a nipple lightly between his teeth.

"So I am," she breathes, gasping a little. Her fingers clutch at his head and shoulder, and she curls herself over him as he teases her. Her nails spasm a little against his skin, a silent signal for him to be wary of how much pressure he brings to bear with teeth just there.

He's careful to do no more than nip, ever so lightly, the barest pressure of teeth and tongue.

"You are so beautiful like this." He murmurs softly, hands venturing down to seek her secret places.

Her breath catches as places all those tantalizing kisses, the slight, sharp bites, the aching path of his mouth and tongue. The movement of his hands makes her shiver, and she kneels above his lap, giving him easier access to all the places he seeks. "Can you even see me, from that angle?" she murmurs, more than a little distracted but her pragmatic mind still at work. "No more than a little of me, surely, from this close..."

He lavishes his love with kisses and one questing hand finally reaches her clitoris, to tease.

"But what I can see is ezquisite in the extreme!"

She makes a short, sharp noise as his fingers part her and find what they seek, moving her hips against his hand. Her hand fists in his hair, and she uses it to tilt his head back so she may kiss him, deep and hungry.

He grins, the satisfied smile of a husband whose wife is pleased with him, kissing back as he strokes her.

"As I said, exquisite."

"I think--" She gasps, then whimpers, still circling her hips against him as they find a rhythm. "Oh...you are biased."

His grin only broadens, his eyes bright with love and affection.

"Perhaps I am. But really, my wife, if you could see how you look at the moment, I rather think you would agree with me."

It brings him such joy to see her this way, to bring her such pleasure, falling easily into the rhythm of her movement.

She cannot retort, for she is too distracted, and merely grips at his head and shoulders as he continues to build a fire within her, as it grows in her belly up to her breastbone.

But this is not the position she wants, not this time, so with a groan of frustration she lifts herself up off his hand, off his lap. Instead she lies on her back on the cloak, pulling him down with her and embracing him, kissing him with fervent need.

He smiles against her lips as she demandingly changes position.

"Were my fingers not pleasing enough for you?" He teases.
